There are no chemicals...it's called genetic engineering.

You do not spray to stop seed growth but Seedless fruits will not grow much. So you may spray with plant growth hormones to make fruit grow even without seeds.

It isn't a chemical. It's like the breeding of plants. You keep combining plant traits again and again until you get a seed size you want.
