ok, now this may sound gross, & even look like crap, but I promise you its REALLY GOOD, esp on very cold days.

You take round steak, or the cheap charcole steaks, doesnt matter if there frozen or thawed. Put in crock pot, add 4-5 cans of cream of mushroom soup, salt & pepper to taste. ***Now if the meat is thawed out add 1/2 cup water in the bottom of the crock pot before you put the other stuff in, if the meat is frozen DONT add water, you'll have the mositure from the meat since its frozen, cook on low over night. BY, morning time, the meat will be so tender it'll melt in your mouth.

The cream of mushroom soup becomes like a really beefy flavored gravy, you have your gravy, your meat, just make mashe potaotes on the side, some other veggy, & I normally server with biscuts, or a dinner roll.

I'm not kidding about this. Go to the store and buy the cheapest roast (beef) you can find also buy a package of french onion soup mix (the powder stuff). In the morning before you go about your day. heat up a big skillet and brown the meat on all sides. Put it in the crock pot with the soup mix and just enough water to cover the meat, toss in a quartered onion if you're feelin sassy!Leave the meat in there till dinner time, boil up some potatoes and....walla! Delicious dinner! I bet it'll cost you under 10 bucks too!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCob

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I get a chuck pot roast, and cut it into large chunks, getting rid of the excess fat. Chop an onion, green pepper, and place it at the bottom of your crock pot. Sprinkle the veggies with 3 tbs. quick cooking tapioca (this will keep your sauce thick). Place your meat on top and pour a bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice over the top. Cook on low 8 hours, or high for 4. I serve it with mashed potatoes.

Crock-Pot Chili:

"This is my children's favorite meal. What more can I say?"

1 pound ground round
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup dry red wine or water
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (14.5-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes with jalapeño peppers and spices, undrained
6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat extra-sharp cheddar cheese

Cook the ground round in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to crumble. Add chopped onion and the next 7 ingredients (onion through garlic), and cook for 7 minutes or until onion is tender. Place meat mixture in an electric slow cooker, and stir in beans and tomatoes. Cover with lid, and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours. Spoon into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.

Note: The chili can be made on the stovetop if you don't have a slow cooker. After adding the beans and the tomatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, partially covered, 1 1/2 hours.

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 1/4 cups chili and 1 tablespoon cheese)
