I mean, His eye is staring right at you, what else do you want!? :-D

I guess your saying nature designed itself, to look perfectly like a blue eye, in the middle of no where in space? Interesting...

Dr. Sabetudo, it drives us to work even harder to discover His wonderful creations. We have freewill, and we have the will to build things that will lead us to even more discoveries...I can step outside, and see how ordered and precise things are...to know that there is a God. His main purpose is for us to believe, and he will dwell in us, and guide us back to Him.

Tammi Dee, it is because of the wicked hearts of men, that there are battered children, starving children, enslaved children....God made us perfect from the start, and we were the one's who rebelled against the Creator. I do know what your saying though, but I'm not ignorant...I have seen many evil things that most do not even know about...many of which, are the reasons why Society is like this.

And, Yes, I still say there is a God. The world is messed up right now, but things will be fixed , as promised by Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago. The things he said, are being fufilled more and more, prophecy is the key to understanding this.

Thank you for your answer! :O)

What is interesting is that God apparently did not mean to show the Helix Nebula to us. It took milions of years and a Hubble telescope to demonstrate that.
Why make things so complicated and incomprehensible if he could do something quick and simple and all doubts would be resolved?
One thing nobody can deny: he certainly acts as if he does not want to be known.

That could just be proof that a star blew up. It neither proves nor does it disprove.

You should know that NASA uses color enhancement to make it easier to see the image.

Now I personally do believe in the Divine as the beginner of all things. I believe things were started and the Divine is just watching to see how things develop on their own.

Easy. That's a planetary nebula, formed from the decaying ruins (outer atmosphere) of a dying star about the size of our own. If it were much bigger (past the Chandrasakar limit) it would have gone supernova instead, leaving a different pattern behind (like the veil nebula). See? We know how these are formed, where they come from, what they're made out of. No need for god to appreciate the universe! :P

You're right. 10 years an atheist but not any more. That picture proves to me beyond any doubt that there is a God. It's back to Saint Joseph's and mass for me first thing Sunday morning. Well maybe Saturday night so I can sleep in Sunday morning but anyways back to church I go.

For atheists and naturalists, this is just proof of the beauty of nature, not the existence of God. For me, however, it's both. Just keep in mind not everyone will agree with you.

*Edit*
No, I'm not saying nature designed itself. I'm saying that it's equally as riddiculous that we're living on a floating rock in the middle of space...but we're here, aren't we!

So is the moon his left testicle?
Ok, so maybe the beauty of the world proves there's a God to some people. What does that have to do with the Bible (assuming that is the God you're reffering to) Every religion has an intelligent creator myth.

Just another example of the fact nature is mathematical in nature not created by imaginary fairies. Math is very beautiful just look at some fractals.

some people will not accept the fact that there is a God. they know they will not change and think that if they say there is no God than they will be saved with the excuse that they didn't know.
