Well, i guess while your in class you could flex your muscles. Doing something is better then doing nothing. I bet you wouldnt actually wanna work out in class ie. push ups and crap like that. Weight loss pills work ok, but only if your eating habits are pretty good. Lippo 6 is great, hydroycut works allright. Just remember that when you take weight loss pills, your water intake needs to sharply increase. More water will also help. Drinking more water will help with water retention. Screw stackers, and the 1-2 pounds a week. That no longer applies to todays foods and supplements.

One of the most overlooked appetite suppressants is bulk-forming fiber supplements like Citrucel.
If you take a dose or two of sugar-free Citrucel or Metamucil in water before a meal, this stuff actually expands in the stomach so that when you start to eat you won't have to eat as much to feel full. (follow the directions on the label).
The fiber in Citrucel and Metamucil is different. Citrucel is a water soluble fiber that expands in the stomach to form a gel-like mass, and would probably work better than Metamucil.
Just one suggestion.... And fiber supplements are good for you when taken as directed. Most people in the U.S. do not get enough fiber.

There are no good weight loss pills. Stay away from them. If it's not been approved by the FDA, it's a ripoff. You'll only risk your health.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Stop eating meat None at all. I have been doing this a 2 weeks now and is really helping. And I love rare meat. I allow myself meat 1 day a week until I can totally wean myself off it.

When boredom, depression, or even stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to satisfy them such as enjoying a walk, calling a friend, having a bath, reading a book, as well as doing some yoga.
