I know this is possible on Windows Vista, and I was wondering if there is a program that would let me do this on a mac.

USB flash drive is a storage device just like your hard drive. It is used to store files.
On the other hand, RAM is not a storage device. It is the workhouse of the computer and computer uses RAM to process its data and orders.
So, those functions are distinct and different. It can't be done as you said. If you mistakenly meant something else, then its different.

Hope you understand.

This is NOT possible on any type of O.S. Its just not possible, the way the USB works has nothing to do with RAM. A USB drive is like a smaller hard drive, if you could somehow convert a harddrive to ram, our computers would think for us lol. I would love to have 120 gb of ram!
