I am recently out of 5 year relationship but anyway. I am having a problem finding a new guy. I am a firefighter/paramedic so the guys at the firehouse are out of the question they treat me like one of the guys, and I seem to be like that on dates with guys and I try to be more feminine but the last 10 years acting like one of the guys is killing me. Any ideas of what to do.

go get yourself a make over. it will make you feel better about yourself. but all in all be yourself. find someone who likes you for who you are. try dating sites or just start going out with your female friends and have fun for awhile. things will happen naturally.

Well, how have you tried being feminine? Honestly, I say don't take away who you are around the guys (completely), but spray on a little flirty perfume, when you're not working throw on some mascara, take a little bit more time here and there to spruce yourself up; overall, don't change who you are inside, because most guys like the girly girl who can still act like one of the guys :)

Well, I use to have a similar problem until I actually put a lot of effort into my looks...and it ******** worked.
My Advice:
- SLEEP (best beauty trick ever and I swear by it so much)
- Try being more feminine by dressing that way and wearing your hair in nice lose waves, or braids etc...
- Wearing mascara, eyeliner, and lipgloss will instantly make you look prettier and femiine

Don't worry. But do you realllly want to be the girl every guy wants? Start acting more feminine, if your job allows. Don't wear pink or talk about shopping or anything stupid - be serious but sexy - do you get me? guys usually like girls with hardcore jobs. got to a bar or club and meet one - mention it casually.

Just be you and no one else, But you need to hang out with your girlfriends more so you can build that sexy women up again that is inside of you. When you are at work that's work but when you a off time to look sexy and feel sexy. If you feel sexy then you be and act sexy. Good luck. make some friends that are girls, watch chick flicks, surround yourself with things that are totally feminine. I like to look at magazines and look at the beautiful women just to mock their hair and style.
