1. It's easy to see that people are born bad...so if we were taught that we were born good, we'd run around doing bad things but think we're good.
2. God loves the individual, not the action...the actions reflect a person's love of God.
3. We are the salt of the world...that's part of the Christian mission to make the mess caused by sin more bearable.
4. Life is our test of whether we will love God or not. We should not prevent anyone from taking the whole test.
5. You've asked questions about this several times, yet you still don't seem to be listening. Jesus cleaned my dirt...what kind of love for Jesus am I reflecting if I go out and get myself even dirtier? The Real Christian loves Jesus.

Charlie,
You're still at it ?
Never heard from you, so here it is :
1. - that's a Catholic teaching, NOT Christian. Find the words 'original sin' in the Bible- it's not there.
2. Wrong, there are strict rules and doctrine that must be followed. Find the words 'unconditional love' in the Bible- it's not there.
3. True. Because we shouldtry to be good, to make the world a better place, instead of trying to sh%^ on everyone we meet, to make ourselves feel better.
4. Actually, it's an opportunity. You must be a 'glass half empty' type of person ? An opportunity to prove ourselves worthy of everlasting life on this planet.
5. Died for your dirt ? Obviously if someone murders, they are not truly Christians, right ? Common sense.
Like I said before someone in a religious 'leadership' role jacked with you pretty hard. Hopefully one day you'll get your head back on straight.
Let me know if you have any questions.
PD

Mankind was born in a fallen world. God loves you, He hates sin and will punish you for it. The world is getting worse because of mankind. God values life, so do Christians. Jesus died so that you could have a relationship with God. Real Christians do not commit murder. You cannot just say you are a Christian, it is not lip service, it has to produce a change in your heart and life. Jesus, said you shall know them by their fruits. Meaning by the way they act.You sound discouraged by life don't be, God has a great plan for mankind, it pays to follow Christ.Hope you find that out in your life.

1. God could have made us to be perfect, programmable, robots--do everything perfect. However, that does not glorify God. God is glorified when humans beings, who have a free will to choose right or wrong, choose to obey and follow Him.

2. God does love you no matter what you do...if you truly understand this, it should make you want to please Him in return. Christians are commanded to be "living sacrifices." That is how we show our love to Him.

3. The Bible describes Satan as a "roaring lion" seeking whomever he can devour. In these last days, Satan knows that his time is nearly up...he is trying to take as many with him as he can.

4. This life is so much more. God has called you to live a life pleasing to Him. Your life should be valued because you are made in His image. The way you live your life now determines the rewards that you will receive in eternity.

5. It is true that in heaven, now, are people who committed murder. But, a person who has turned their life over to God, and who is controlled by the Spirit, would never be led to murder someone. Christians are, after all, human. And humans will always do bad things. But there is no sin that a person can commit that cannot be forgiven by God--not even murder.

Oh, how my heart aches for you. It's questions like this that make me cry for the state of the world and the helplessness of its people. We are born bad, but when we accept Jesus into our hearts He recreates us. We are a new creature with a fresh start. Well, if God loves you that much that He would always love you, wouldn't you want to try and do the right thing to please Him? It's not going to make Him love you any more because He can't possibly love you any more than He already does. The world will get worse because Satan controls it. But if you have faith in Christ and persevere in the faith, you will live with Him forever in Paradise. Life is just a passing ground but it is also a test of our faith. Can we survive on the battleground of life? Is our faith strong enough to withstand any attempt of Satan to destroy it? Trust me the reward at the end is worth the race. Jesus did die for your sins but why would you keep sinning? If someone loved you enough to die for you (how people, including yourself would really do that if it came down to it?) why would you turn around and do the same thing that that someone died for in the first place? I'm sorry if this is hard to understand. I have so many thoughts running through my head that I want to tell you. I'll pray for you.

1. It doesn't teach that. It teaches that we are tainted with original sin... which, we're all forgiven for when we're baptised. -Which, all Christians are... it's kind of fundamental.
2. How does this cause low standards? If anything, it's uplifting for the spirit, to know that even if you do mess up your life, someone loves you.
3. Because we'll be rewarded for being good when he does return.
4. Because you have to pass the test of this 'passing ground.'
5. What? That's just silly.

Good job at distortion but you forgot the most important part:
You can either insist there is no God
and come up with reason upon reason why we Christians are fools for having faith in our one & only God.....
or
you can continue to insist you do not need God and we believers are fools for having faith in something you can't understand....
either way you will have missed the salvation God is offering you through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; for eternity mind you.
When we ALL (you included) stand before Jesus some day, I'm guessing you will be the one feeling rather foolish.
Let God open your eyes before it is too late.
There is no guarantee you (or we) will be here tomorrow.
May God bless you!

Let me give you another one. Christians are perfect just forgiven. These are all cop outs. I personally believe faith without works is dead. I figure that if God gave me life then it becomes my responsibility what I do with that gift. Perhaps the greatest sin is to do nothing and rest on the laurels of a faith. I don't see it that way. When I am asked the question I am only one person what can I do? My response is Whatever you can. Happy Holidays.
