How can a female keep her upper arms thinner with i guess minium muscle gain, instuctions will be a plus since i will choose best awnser. ------------Please dont just give a Link to another website--------

First: lose the fat over the muscles. I see a lot of people weight training and complaining about the results, when the problem is that they can't see that muscle because they are fat.

Secondly: Do more repetitions at a lower weight. This will allow you strength and definition without bulking up.

Try using a small weight (5-10 lbs) lying on the floor on your back hold the weight in your hand, put your arm straight out in front of you (toward the sky) and lower the weight to your chest then back to the sky, keeping your elbow in place. do this for as many reps as you can, then switch hands. Good luck.

Simply use dumbells with a very low weight, but use them for a long time, like 20 in each direction at least:

1)Arms to the side, lift them up to shoulder height
2)Arms infront of crotch, lift up to shoulder hegiht (in front)
3)Arms behind back,lift up slightly
4)Arms bent onto shoulders, stretch your arms out completely up
5)Arms infront of chest, stretch as far as you can

There you go, 100 pumps, 2-3 times a week.
