well, my husband is in iraq right now, and i always send him snack boxes, u know, i just go to the grocery store and stock up on a whole bunch of sweet stuff and soups and stuff. also u can get a hot water heater, it's almost like a coffee maker, but it puts out just hot water, instead of coffee, comes in handy for hot chocolate and stuff.

if you are sending it to an individual soldier you know anything practical but if it is to a random soldier they can't except baked goods but anything from socks to batteries, moist wipes, magazines, etc...just think of the simple things you use in everyday life...it is those things that mean alot...
