we haven't been going out for very long at all, so should I get him anything? I'm just going to one friend party (which is going to be a tame party) should I ask him to go, even though i know if he does he's going to bored?

yes you should get him something. you should invite him to the party or ask what he's doing. If he goes to your friends party then make sure you tell him that it's just a little tiny get together.

Whether you choose to get him anything or not is up to you...if you don't make it anything expensive...as for the party, if it is tame, then ask, don't worry about whether he will get bored or not as the idea is to include him if you think the relationship is going somewhere...that is just another way to see if this guy is the right guy for you...and you won't be alone with him if you choose not to be....this would be much safer. If it doesn't work out then you are not out very much...
