how can i talk to a girl i like, whom ive never talked too, and not look like a stalker?

If you know anything about her just bring it up. If you like her there is a possibility that she likes you. Maybe you could complement her or accidentlly bumb into her. You have to start somewhere. Good Luck!

Be calm, walk up to her. Try your best not to yell obscured random remarks off the spot. Say something along the lines of "Hey, how are you?" If this is a girl that is in one of your classes, follow it up with "I wasn't paying attention in class today. Did we do anything important?"
Some important info:
1) try your best not to approach her more than 2 times a day. If she approaches you then that doesn't count towards the 2 times a day thing. When you get to know her better and she actually starts to come up to you then you can increase the number of visits.
2) try your best not to pick on her as a technique.
3) be yourself-unless that includes you standing there like a zombie with your mouth open with drool pouring out of your mouth while saying "Heh...heh...hiiiiii...my name...is...daa...____<--insert name"

Find something you both are interested in, best way is to just go for it and talk to her. I don't see how just talking to her would make her think your stalker

Go straight up and start talking to her.When you pass her by,watch her eyes for a moment.That lingering look will tell you plenty.Thats if you need confirmation.Other than that GSU.If it makes you feel any better,I bet you she goes to the toilet also.

You need to be more specific. Who is the girl? Where did you meet her? Do you see her often? Do you work together? Do you go to school with her?
You're a little vague on details... It's hard to say...

just be honest with her about how you feel....just dont push yourself on her and if she says no, then leave it at that and move on. forget about her. there are other fish in the sea. take care and good luck.
