It all depends on whats going on if your going on a date say that the theater had some complications so the movie ran late or that there was a lot of traffic afterwards, if your doing dinner and a movie say the line at dinner was long and then the waitress took really long with you food so you had to catch the later movie. If your going to go hang out with a friend or go party call your parents like a half hour before you have to go home and tell them that you guys are not done with you project and that you would like to stay and finish it so you can have it done and out of the way or if its a weekend tell them that your friends car got a flat or you were having car problems. i've tried almost every one in the book on weekdays mines 7 and on weekends 10 can u say LAME
but the more u lie about it and when u get caught the more u will get in trouble
trust me my parents nailed my window shut and i have been grounded for 3 months with out hanging out
becuase i was caught doing other things but thats a whole other story
but just have friends go to ur house go in the back yard have a bonfire parents like it better if they no where u are and if they no ur at ur own home and not getting in trouble

I bet your curfew can't be any worse than mine? I have to be in at 7 every night for probation, it used to be 6!

The weather/ traffic was bad, we really want to finish the movie, we had to stop for gas.

tell them you fell asleep at a friend's house....or stuck in traffic or there was a wreck and traffic was stopped, or your friend had a flat tire and you had to help them change it
