No you can not get tape worms from eating raw cookie dough. I noticed that many people were talking about the fact that it was because of the raw egg that is in the cookies dough that can make you sick. Stop and think about that one for a minute, ok how many things are out there on the market that we eat all the time and some of us eat everyday. There is mayonnaise (all of it), ice cream (all of it), eggnog, malts, and shakes. I even know a few people that ever morning when they get up, the first thing they do is break an egg over their mouth and down the hatch. That is just a few of the things out there that most all of us eat at some time or other. I have been eating cookie dough now for I don't know how many years, and I have yet to get a tape worm.

It is true, their have been people that have gotten tape worms, but I have never heard of any body getting them from eating raw cookie dough. I mean they even put raw cookie dough in some of the ice creams that we eat. As many people out there that does eat it, can you imagine how many people there would be out there that had tape worms?

The only thing that I know for sure that eating raw cookie dough will do to you is it might give you a belly ache if you eat very much, but that is really the worst that it will do.

you may get worms (salmonella) yet no longer tape worms. Tape worms come from uncooked meat or touch with feces. Salmonella comes from uncooked eggs that's a think approximately cookie dough. It motives you to get very sick and kills some that are previous, vulnerable or very youthful.

No, it affects the communication portion of your brain, affecting the areas mainly dealing with spelling and punctuation. :D

It can, but what's most likely is salmonella. If anything. I eat it raw, personally. I've never had a problem.
