It depends on how you sleep....stomach sleepers do best with down or feather pillows as they are very "mold-able". Back and side sleepers do well with firm foam, like a good quality Latex foam because it provides good support without being too hard. I have one of those memory foam pillows and the first few nights it seemed great but being a back sleeper, I found myself waking up with a back of the head headache each morning because the pillow, once it molds around your head becomes quite hard.

I really love a feather pillow. I do put a pillow protector on first, underneath the pillowcase in case a feather tries to poke out. You can just mush down in a feather pillow!

My all time favourite pillows have goose feathers in a middle compartment and goose down on the outside. This way you get the support of feathers and the softness of down. Also, no feathers poke you. By the way it's hard to wake up in the morning!

I like the thereapy pillos were you can put your hand in it and your print wiln still be there, its just like heaven!!!! also feathers are the way to go ut be sure to get a thick pillow coverbeacuse the fethers will stick up and they really hurt :(

personally I still like the feather pillows,however allergies are common,next to that are ones filled with seeds.I like to 'sink'into my pillow..
