Not only is it ok, that's what dating is all about. It's to find out if you have anything in common with the other person. That helps you decide if you want to see him again. It's always nice to let them know that you're dating others. That's just respectful.

No its not cause u might get caught and loose both of ur guys. Its a bad thing and it also means that u cant be trusted. So dont do it.
