yes i got sick one time and i couldn't stand to eat anything and i lost 10 lbs its not very healthy though and you can gain it back within a couple of days but make sure you take multivitamins and drink plenty of water so your still getting nutrients

Sure you can, it's called starvation. I did it when I had major surgery (I literally could NOT eat but it was not a good thing) but I gained it all back again when I ate right. It is the equivalent of burning your body to see what it feels like (in other words, stupid idea). If you don't want to deal with "crazy eating habits" then don't...exercise is proven to be better than a diet. You can eat what you want (within moderation!!) as long as you work out regularly. Please don't think that withholding food from your body is good because it isn't. People do it for religious reasons but it should not be done to loose weight. In fact, if it is done for a long enough time period the body will try to store fats and you won't be able to get it off as easily when you do eat again. Not eating is also known as an eating disorder and is a psychological problem that, with certain symptoms and over time is called anorexia and this can lead to death.
If you want to loose weight then go work out, eat small meals more throughout the day (for example: cheerios with milk, a granola bar, a ham sandwich and an apple, crackers with cheese and grilled chicken and veggies...this makes up a good meal for one day) and there are several websites that can help you plan a healthy meal

that is a good way to make yourself sick. Just eat 6 small meals a day and drink 8 glasses of water. A slice of toast and some fruit for breakfast. Some salad with cottage cheese around 10 am. No dressing. A turkey sandwich for lunch - no mayo, no cheese. An apple, banana or some grapes around 3pm. For dinner around 6pm have 3oz of fish, meat or chicken, some brown rice or dry pasta. Around 8pm have a glass of milk or something sweet like a fruit flavored popsicle. A diet like this gives your body fruits, veg, grains, meat, dairy and variety, and water - if you starve yourself you are depriving your body of nutrients and protein which we need just to keep going. Try to exercise every day, at least take a walk around the block, park your car at the far end of the mall parking lot, get off the train one stop early if you commute that way, walk up and down the stairs in your house or apartment building. Keep yourself hydrated and nourished and stay away from beer and sweets, but reward yourself in moderation.

Yes you can lose weight but that is not the correct thing to do because your body and systems will get all messed up because if you don't eat your body thinks you will do that for a LONG time, and the next time you eat, your body will store it as FAT because it thinks you are not going to eat again. So what you would do if you didn't eat for 4 days is you would lose about 2-3 pounds than gain over 5 after that.

yeah you'ld definately lose weight no doubt but then when you start to eat normal again you might gain it back real real easy (cuz your metabolism slows down and your body thinks it's not going to eat again for a while since you were starving yourself before and it'll take that little amount of food you ate and try to make the most of it and turn it into fat)
just exercise and eat several healthy SMALL meals throughout the day about 6 small meals maybe more i forgot youll lose a lot more wieght then if you ate once a day and did nothing

When you stop eating you will probably lose weight for a while...but then your metabolism slows down and your body starts to feel starved. So when you eventually it something, it's mostly converted to fat because your body is trying to store up the goods. It's really unhealthy and not very smart to do this. Eating 5 or 6 small meals a day actually speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight quicker (and safer)!

I'm sure you can but that is defiantly not healthy. You body will notice that the food is gone and once you start eating again your body will start to store more fat thinking that it may happen again. So I would not suggest doing this, it will help lose weight in the short run but will hurt you in the long run. Try to exercise and watch what you eat. Ask your Doctor if there is anything you can do.

Yes you can lose weight if you don't eat for four days, but what happens when you go back to eating normally which you will have to do or you'll have serious health problems.
I don't know what you mean by crazy eating habits, but fasting for 4 days certainly qualifies for that.
Do it the right way.

No! You will just gain it back when you eat something! The best way to lose weight is to eat small meals many times a day. That keeps your metabolism fast and keeps you healthy! It is the best way to lose weight...and it makes happy and not hungry...so eat small healthy meals every 2 to 3 hours...I promise it works!

I'm sure you could loose weight by eating only one time a day for 4 days. Probably about 2 lbs.
You need to eat less during each meal and eat 3 times a day. It depends on how much you want to loose.
