Only if the guy is really terrible. Speaking from personal experience, I once liked a boy who had pretty terrible acne, and when we started dating, I remember being a little scared. I didn't know if it would feel gross to touch him or how it would work out, but ultimately I realized he was the same as any other person. I hardly noticed the acne at all. If it bothers YOU, then you might want to look into it, but a guy shouldn't judge you on a skin condition that you had no real say in.

Take it from a guy...Some people might say stuff like, "beauty's only skin deep", but truthfully, yes the beauty of a person is one of the most important factors in how attracted the opposite sex is to you. And although it is not as serious as say, a third arm, acne does unfortunately decrease how attractive you look. Fortunately there are creams and types of make-up that you can use to cover up the blemishes. A lot of the people answering this are talking about if a guy loves you blah blah blah, but if you're single, it takes a while for a guy to love you. You have be attractive in order for guys to ask you out, and you have to date a guy for the prospect of love to even begin. This might make me sound like an a** hole, but it's the truth

Im in the same boat but on the other side.
but the way I see it, it shouldnt be a big deal at all if they really do like you. Yes acne sucks like heck (and ive done alot to try to get rid of it) it dose make one verry self aware of themselves and it makes one feel unatractive. I cant swim shirtless for instance but Im like hecka riped and wanta show of my six pack. same thing see. But honestly, If I where to take a peice of my own advice on this too, I wouldnt worry about it. If somone likes you, it will be for who you are, what you look like will have less and less to do with it as time gose by anyways.

If a guy only likes you for the way you look, then he is being shallow. Find someone who likes you for who you are.

No it won't make him not like you. He will wish you didn't have them , just like you do. he may not want to touch them, but you can both deal with that.

ewww, acne is gross i wouldnt blame them. use makeup to cover it up if you have to.
