No No No. You have to eat to keep your metabolism going. Drinking water prior to eating, and all day long will help. Try this. Drink your body weight in ounces of water a day, then eat 4-5 small meals a day. It will suck at first, since you will always be going to the bathroom, but you will see results, I promise.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months by using Miracle Garcinia Cambogia (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 20 and then 10 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 30 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 3 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 2 lbs. If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.miraclegarciniapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

If you aren't intaking any nutrition you'll die anywheres from a week to a month. You don't have to drink any other fluid to survive, if you think about our ancestors living without Juicey Juice, soda or booze, and if you're typing on here I'm assuming you were weaned a while back. A lot of these miracle weight loss pills actually dehhydrate the body, which is bad for your health. Drinking more water does make you less hungry, that is why resteraunts give everyone a free glass of water, so that you will be full quicker and they can serve less food. Do the same at home before every meal and you will eat less. Or you could try that tablespoon of apple vinegar before every meal, it coats the nternal organs so you don't asorb the calories as much, and it kills the appetite :$

Well you can't live only on water. Although you can fast for about 10 hours while only drinking water as fasting is good for the body. But if you want to lose weight i did recommend eating a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables along with good amount of exercise!

The more water you drink the more weight you are going to lose!! I do not recommend not eating at ALL...but every time you do eat drink a couple of glasses of water to help it digest faster and empty out of your system faster. I would try drinking nearly a gallon a day if you can,,,I do, and it helps me keep weight off, my skin clear etc. I dont always drink an entire gallon, but lots and lots of water is very beneficial, especially for weight loss!! I'm an exercise science major and that is always crammed into our heads!! Hope this helps

You should drink at least 2 quarts of water each day to maintain health. This will help to flush toxins from your body. It has not really been proven either way if fasting is healthy or not. It may be painful though and I've noticed that most people who don't eat for a couple days a weak and have been doing it for years are still obese. Just decrease your calorie intake by eating smaller portions and eating from each of the 4 food groups. The more color in your diet the better!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Physiologically yes and no. More water helps you crave less and be less hungry. But if water is the SOLE nutrient to your diet, then that's absolutely bad for you. First, your body needs vitamins and minerals to keep you stable in the long run--no, supplements don't count because vitamins that come naturally in foods absorb the best. Second, you also need certain amount of calories especially from protein and carbs in order to maintain your energy level. Third, too much water (like even 30+ glasses of it) will result in water toxicity. Basically, the cells in your body will literally drown from all that excess water, leading to, of course, fatality.

So, the best recommendation for women to lose or maintain weight is to drink at least 9 glasses, while for men it's at least 13 glasses.

If you drink only water you will be depriving your body of needed nutrients. It is done in religions when people fast but it is not something that should be tired as a diet. One person I heard of that did it had to go to the hospital after a week.
If you want to loose weight you can up water containing foods like celery but do NOT cut back on all foods but water as a diet. In a recent study done in the UK they found that exercise, not dieting, can help people loose weight.

Well, yes, you'll lose some weight -- water is the first thing that is shed; could also be muscle and vital nutrients get thrown off by the body as well-- it's "hard-wired" into our genetic material -- less food being eaten = slowdown of metabolism, to prepare the body for famine. The brain will demand most of the nutrients that the body has, especially glucose, to keep functioning. Fasting now and then is healthful, but also must be done cautiously.
Please see a physician or dietician, for a reasonable plan to lose the weight (fat) that you want.
(by the way, "to lose weight" is spelled l-o-s-e, not "loose". That word means the opposite of "tight".
