If a man has long hair he should expect to be called a girl! And not be offended by it, guys asses look like chick asses. If chicks wanna have short hair and look, butchy, they should expect to be mistaken for a man a few times walking down the street. ESP if they do the whole nine layers of clothes thing and you cant tell if they got boobies or are just a fatter man. I feel ya girl, its sad cause I am looking for a man and they are either gay, or LOOK gay (girly) I want a cowboy! Im moving!

Annie: absolutely !!! Attributed to the insufficient parenting [ expressing love both, adequately and properly to wife, children ] on the fathers [husbands] part or role in the family ! The more time males spend away from the family in pursuit of $, pleasure, education, careers, etc. - the more the family is starved for love expressed. The consequences are far reaching to generation after generation. This is why gay relationships are acceptable more and more. ( It is not their fault - but society's ... therefore, gay bashing is wrong !!!) Have we caught the drift yet - fathers? Great question, "Annie" !!!

it's terrible. gender roles are certainly changing, moving away from the gender stereotypes of years ago. and it seems like there are some hormonal issues with development, men do look like women and vice versa! it's bad.

I don't agree with that, but the role for women is like being a man nowadays for SOME countries. And I have to say, I prefer it that way. I don't want to be treated like dark ages when women just cleaned the house, I prefer it this way.

This has nothing to do with gender roles. You're thinking of haircuts. Just give them the old once-over, and then you'll know for sure.

Gee, you're really observant. The only time my wife and I changes roles is when she's on top instead of the bottom.

Ummmm.....no, I haven't noticed males looking like females and females looking like males...not any more recently than the past 30 yrs or so that I would've noticed such things.
Perhaps it's just your local area...or your perception.
