It would depend on your profile, if it saids something like soldier can fully perform all duties but must wear a light brace on your knee or something than maybe.

When I got my commission I had to sign that I was not under a permanent profile and I went through my Officer Basic Course you could not have a permanent profile at all, besides glasses if I remember correctly.

But it would also depend on how desperate your board is when they consider applicants. You should have gotten a packet through email or paper copy telling you what criteria you have to submit and limitations. If not that would be a great place to look, also ask around CWO4-5s are far and few in between they know each other and might give you advice about it. Seek them out.

It depends on the profile. I held a permanent profile for years but remained fully deployable.

As long as the profile does not limit your duty performance then you are generally OK.
