I agree that in aisle seats you may get bumped a lot. However, the aisle is better than a middle. Window is good. However, that is a long flight (my guess around 6 or 7 hours). If you are one that needs to use the restroom on occassion, I would definitely choose an aisle seat. Otherwise, if you have a window seat - you will have to wake up the other two people each time. Get there early, and at check in, ask if there are any exit row seats available. They usually hold these until flight time. Those give a little more leg room (not width unless you are in 1st class). Be aware though, that some exit row seats do not recline.

STAY AWAY FROM ISLE SEATS DELTA IS A GOOD AIR LINE BUT PACKED TIGHT SO ISLE SEATS MEANS YOU'LL BE GETTING BUMPED ALOT.
