I am 31 years old. I'm a college student. I'm a mother of 2 kids & I'm married to a wonderful husband. My problem is that being a college student & a stay at home mother has helped to put pounds on me. I don't have much time for excercise. I need to know how I can shed a few pounds, more like 30, having little time to be active. What foods can I eat & not worry about gaining weight? I'm not an overeater. I just apparently make bad choices for the most part on what I do eat. I'm not good with someone telling me to eat so many things from this food group & so many from another or counting calories. I do better knowing exactly what foods I can eat. Portion size isn't a problem. I just tend to not eat my 3 meals a day cramming 1-2 instead. Help~

Even exercising (yoga, pilates, etc) 15-20 minutes a day can help speed up your metabolism and burn fat faster.
Also, drink lots of water!
Besides that, pack fruit (apple slices, grapes, etc.) or veggies (broccoli, baby cut carrots, etc) for snacks, and be sure to eat breakfast.

Good luck!

90% diet, 10% exercise. That is what my trainer always tells me. But if you work out for 30 minutes a day or even every other day. I am sure you will see some differences.
