USUALLY LESS THAN CERAMIC OR INVISALIGN, BUT YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THE DIFFICULTY OF EACH CASE.

It sounds like you don't have any dental insurance. You are among the 70% who do not. It's terrible!!

There is a company that saves you up to 80% on your dental needes.

The average costs for Metal braces is $5,500
With the dental benefits it would cost you $2,250 saving you 59%

I have the dental coverage benefits and it truly saves you money.

It only costs $11.95 a month for an individual
An entire household only costs $19.95 a month

I would recommend looking into them.

Good luck,

Christy

Depends on your case, and whether they are fitted
by a general dentist or orthodontist. Members of eHealthPlus
get a 25%-60% discount on metal braces. That's
25%-60% less than what you'd pay just walking in without
the membership. Check it out!

Both of my son's have worn braces two different orthodontists and they were both about $4800. I don't know if it varies in different areas of the county. I'm in Chicagoland and everything high priced

My son just had them removed a few months ago, and they were 3800.00 He had them on for two years. He didn't break any brackets or wires though. If anything breaks, it costs extra. It also depends on how bad the teeth are.

It depends on the case. If the case is minor, it could be $1,500. If the case is somewhat complicated, it could be as much as $6000. And it depends on how many bands/brackets/wires you break.
