Well the first thing is to get over your fear and talk to him! That's the first step. If you don't do anything, he may think you are not interested and move on sadly and forget about you. So just talk to him , so at least he knows that you are interested in at least being his friend.

If you know that you like him then find some things that you two have in common and share them with each other!!!Also you should talk to him and get to know him and when you know each other really well and ask him out!!!

well you should find something that you have in common and relate to him like that, just ask a lot of questions and be personal, always follow up with an answer for the questions

Starting to talk might help............ Why on earth would you want to be with someone who doesn't talk?? Is there any point in being with that person? How will you get to know each other? By hand gestures......
