Osama Bin Laden? Are you kidding?
It's gotta be George W Bush.
It's not a stupid answer, it's the truth. Ask the relatives of 75,000 innocent dead Iraqis.

I believe the answer is stupidity. Stupidity causes people to do things like run stop signs, drink to much, use drugs, eat fast food all the time, skip doctor visits, not go to the ER when infection is spreading, smoke cigarettes, play Russian Roulette, Sky dive without checking a parachute... I could go on and on but remember that prevention is worth a pound of cure, Old age is also a big contributor to death as well as natural causes.
