how old do you have to be to kite board and how much would it cost for a 14 yr. old to kiteboard?

Age dosen't matter.
Getting started into this sport can
cost alot of money. To start you need a
board, kite, lines. The boards will run between
$299.00 - $599.00, lines start at $95.00.
Kites start at $1000.00 - $1300.00.
You will also need a harness, starting at $95.00 - $130.00
All these prices are a ball park figure, but pretty close.
Learning to fly will take alot of practice. When you finally learn to fly then you learn to ride and fly together. When you see those guys ride they make it look easy, It is, it just takes alot of practice.
My suggestion is take lessons, that's not cheap also.
Start saving your pennies.
