Ok so there is a lady who lives on the 21st floor. She ONLY takes the stair EXCEPT when it's raining and their people in their she takes the elevator. Why does she do that?

There is a lady who lives on the 21st floor. She ONLY takes the elevator when it's raining & If their is people inside.Otherwise, she takes the stairs.Why does she do that?

BECAUSE SHE IS A DWARF AND CANT REACH THE BUTTONS SO THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE IN THE LIFT TO PRESS THE BUTTON FOR HER

she's either a midget or she's too short to reach the button where she lives. on rainy days, she has an umbrella and she can hit the button in the elevator. on other days, she just walks.

because she is too short, so she takes the stairs... but when it is raining, she brings an umbrella and use it to push the 21st button which is way up high...
