Okay, so I have been hearing from people what to do when I don't have a good night sleep and my eyes are puffy. I've been hearing about teabags, but I don't know what kind of tea, or how to use it. Do I put it on when it's hot? What kind of tea should I use? and How long should it be on my eyes?

Regular old Lipton tea, cool them off before applying. I would never drink tea this late the caffeine would wire me, but others think I'm nuts. Leave them on until you feel sick of having them on your eyes.

I never did this, but I've read about it in magazines since, forever I guess.
