Hey there maybe this can help,im not sure if you tried this but give it a go and maybe it'll solve your problem. While having windows media open go to the top where it says tools and open 'Options'.Now go to Privacy and de-select where it says 'Save file and url history in player',and to be on the safe side clear history and clear caches. Hope that helped you out.
