I flew four times in the past four days. Now that I am home, I have noticed that at random times I suddenly get the sensation that I am still on an airplane. My body and my head feels like I am on a plane that is taking off, you know, that pressure/heavy feeling you get? Is this normal?

I have had this sensation, especially in the past when I flew only once every couple of years. Recently, I have not had this sensation because I have flown so much that I got used to flying. This is normal for people who do not fly a lot or are not really used to flying.

Yeah it is normal. You also get the same sensation when you are on a boat for a long time.

I belive it is called jet lag.

I had this feeling too. It's normal and in a few days, you'll be fine. It is because you were sitting for long periods of time and you weren't walking around too much.
