I think if u want 2 u should b able 2. I don't know if it's a law that you can't or not but I think they should have doc. assisted suicide for people like me with severe depression. I have been in the hospital more than I have been out and it really should be the person's choice if they want to die or not.

Well "rights" I suppose are man-made and dependent on local law(s) and regulations. So I would think there is no absolute answer to this question but only relative ones. The question does however raise another interesting question in my mind which I never thought of before and now I am wondering why I haven't. That question is: Is there any animal other than man that ever chooses to take its own life? Maybe I will ask that question in Yahoo! Answers.

No. If you are religious and in one of the christian/ prodestan religiouns than its not your body, its gods. but if you arent one of the religious ppl and you live in the USA then you have the right to, but i dont suggest doing it.
