oh crapree, i was light and thin then.now i just use the ultra.

what? try alternating 2 minutes of running and 1 minute of walking, or something similar so you can get your heart rate up and still maintain healthy breathing. especially if you are a beginner.

You should start with a 5 minutes warm up walk. Jogging right off the bat is bad for your heart because you havn't given it any time to warm up. Jog for as long as you can then do another 5 minute cool-off walk. Drink lots of water.
