I bought one for when I study abroad and now I'm a little iffy on if it is a good camera. It was cheap and it is my first digital camera.

I have never, ever heard of that brand...and I can guarantee you that I am not the only one!!! So, I would be a little sceptical, I suppose.
P.S. apparently Argus have been "'an American Tradition since 1936"
But...I still haven't heard of them.

I also did not know Argus was still in business. Bottom line, do you like your results from this camera? If not go with Dr. Sams choices.

I remember Argus from my childhood, but I didn't even know they were still in business! I'd look towards Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Olympus........
