The bible states, cain killed able, god cursed cain from the earth and made cain a fugitive and a vagabond. In Genesis Chapter 4 , verse 15 the lord set a mark on Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him.

No, Cain was marked by God to protect him from other people. He is not the antichrist (at least not in my opinion)

the mark was so nobody would accept him in to their "tribe" as he was a murderor.

Not the beast mentioned in Revelation.
