#3- An hour before bedtime, dim your lights
#4- Don't think about anything stressful in bed
#5- Go to bed at the SAME time every day; even on non-work/school days.

read something and drink any kind of drinks that can help you to relax.. before going to bed of course (not when ur in bed already).. and try to exrecis in the morning or during the day.. it will help you to sleep.

either you clear your mind and try not to think about anything but like a blank wall or yourself falling asleep .. or you could try melatonin..its a natural pill that you can find at someplace like GNC . I use it ..it works
