where you coming from? i migrated from the us to there via marriage. i myself am trying to become an immg consulatant. that said you must be accredentialed first . it is not easy. i just had a pow wow with the govt over a group who is supposed to help people like you and me who is useless. the govt gave me some links but my address book just got dumped out the other day.
