does a nose surgery change the face for the better, how much of a change does it produce?

It really depends on how much of a change you want. It can range from not much of a difference to completely altering what your face looks like. You'll probably discuss this with your plastic surgeon. As for whether or not it changes it for the better depends on if you're luck. A lot of surgeries are screwed up by a number of different problems. But, if all goes well it'll definitely change for the better.Also, make sure you only do it once because if you keep getting surgery you'll end up like Michael Jackson.
