okay there's this one guy i like, he's my neighbor =D and well i really wanna go out wiht him and he acts like he likes me but i think he's just kidding around and i think he thinks that i'm joking around also!! like every other guy i've ever liked i get kinda nervous and i've never asked a guy out before OR told them i liked them before we started dating and to him, i would tell him i like him to his face a million times and i wouldnt b nervous, i'm so myself around him but the problem is, i think he thinks i'm just joking around when i tell him i like him and i know he prolly likes me UNLESS he's just kidding around too!!! he always tells every1 we're datin and b4 he got off the bus he was like cani have my goodbye kiss and he smiled and got off the bus -without the kiss lol-

when u see him and u are alone, tell him u like him and kiss him. that way he knows u are serious

Try slowing down a bit and using shorter sentences to express complete thoughts. Then maybe you could just have a conversation with the guy to find out what he thinks. My head spins just reading your rambling question. I find that very unattractive, and so do lots of other guys.

tell him u like him, sometimes people dont like other people until they know someone likes him, it worked 4 me... Good Luck!!
