Don't worry, you'll get into college. I never had strong math skills, and struggled from probably third grade on until I finished high school. But, I got into a community college and now i'm about to transfer to a four-year college to get my bachelor's degree. Colleges usually offer "remedial" classes in english and math, which means they start over again with lower-level stuff as a refresher for people who may have forgotten certain things or just never learned them. You need to ask your teacher if you can get extra help, like tutoring. Usually if your teacher knows you're frustrated and want to do better, they'll find a way to help you.

Meantime, you can try looking online for help with certain types of math problems, because I've done that myself. For example, if you needed help adding positive and negative numbers, go to yahoo and type "adding positive and negative numbers." It will pull up thousands of sites that are run by teachers or tutors and you'll probably find something useful. If you're not even sure what to search for, try typing in the title of the chapter in your math book. That should lead you somewhere. Or, try posting a question here with a specific problem and we'll try to help you. I've seen lots of people do that.

Just try not to get too frustrated, because like you said, that's when you'll mess up. You'll get it eventually. I started at a community college with the very basic algebra course, and I'm heading into calculus next semester, because I need it to transfer. I've had all A's so far. Just don't give up hope-- if I can get that far, ANYONE can do it!!

I've learned that studying takes my brain off the whole thing considering that I get particularly worried within the plot. I additionally watch films, plenty of films. When none of the ones matters paintings, and also you suppose exhausted and worn out of the whole thing and each person, move to a park, sit down down and watch the entire youngsters play for a whilst. Sometimes we do not notice that there are lots of strong matters round us that we simply omit. When I was once 18 or 19 I did not, however now that I am 23 I benefit from the little matters that lifestyles brings me. I might additionally advise to get a puppy, a puppy possibly. Good success.

if you go to a public school, as if they have tutoring for your math. If you get some help you could progress and do much better by the end of the they year. the one on one help will make you learn faster.

if you go to a private school tell your mom that you need tutoring and see if she can get someone from the school to help you after school.

to get into college you do not have to be a math wiz. depending on what you would like to take up in college, you just need good grades and a good gpa, grade point average.

You could go to a jr. college for two years and then transfer to the four year college.
