is anyone out there a skip tracer?

I would like to know more if anyone who is into skip tracing and knows what if is all about please email me slkobitz@yahoo.com. and my aim is stephensim13. I would like to get into skip tracing so please help me out if you can.

All I know is bail bonding people hire them to locate folks who skip their hearings. I'm not sure how you'd "study" to be one. Criminal Justice maybe?
