If someone tells a girl they look like her brother. The thing is her brother's goodlooking as a guy. But would make a very unattractive girl does this mean the person thought you were unattractive?

They don't mean that they think your overall appearance is the same. They have just noticed a couple of facial features that are similar, such as the eyes, lips, teeth, nose or shape of the face maybe.
They in NO way are meaning that you look like a guy. They are probably seeing a couple of facial features on the 2 of you that are attractive.
Don't worry. They more than likely are giving you a compliment.
They think you're BOTH attractive.

No it doesn't make you unattractive. You might look like your brother but you have feminine features (rounded face, fuller lips, etc) it just means you both resemble the other and you can tell you're related because you have some of the same features (eye color, smile,etc.)

It doesn't mean you're ugly. Brothers and sisters can have a familial resemblance and it doesn't mean thee both look masculine or feminine.

I was told that a few times, but thank god I don't have a nose like them. We just have the same shaped face.
