KONGS are an excellent choice of toy. There are extra tuff kongs that are black in colour, maybe get a size thats too big for your boy to fit in his mouth but small enough for him to push around with his nose. Keep his extra busy by putting sausage or minced meat in the whole. He'll be occupied for hours!

Are you saying that your dog chews the Kong up? If that's what you mean, WOW you have a super chewer. They do make a Kong out of a black material that is made for super chewers that might solve the problem. If you are talking about filling the Kong with peanut butter or treats, my only suggestion would be to not put so much stuff inside of the Kong.

The first of many toys I have bought for my dog was a Kong. The only toys she has left is the Kong, a Nylabone and a piece of this Blue jack thing. I even bought her the Kong ball and she hasn't even managed to put a scratch on it yet.
Spend the little bit extra and get him a Kong, it will pay for itself in the long run.

my dog has literally eaten about a fourth of a Galileo bone over the course of many years (this is an extremely hard material bone in case you aren't familiar), and his Kong holds up just fine. I have the most fun putting some bits of biscuit or some doggie breath mints in the kong and watching him go nutso trying to get them out. great entertainment for us both.

My dog is like that too. Kongs last a really long time. He loves it and its not very messy. You just put some peanut butter or something of that nature in the kong and your dong will chew it out. You can reuse it over and over again. Mine kong is about a year old it help up through my dog. That's Amazing!

The Kong is the only thing that has survived my dog. Someone recommended the black kong. My friend's doberman has this it is very good. Another option is a real bone. You can get these at the pet store. Make sure they are sterilized etc. But my dog loves real bones that are basted.

Kongs are ideal for dogs. Get a size appropriate for the size dog you have. You can also put Peanut Butter inside to get your dogs interest. Wash it out daily. Kongs will help keep plaque off dogs teeth and it is also good for their gums. They will last a lot longer than pigs ears and raw hides

Kongs are #1. I love them and my dogs do too. I put doggy peanut butter in them with little treats and it lasts them hours. And in the summer I put some type of YUMMY liquid for them in it and freeze it so they have a Popsicle. The Kongs I have have lasted me about 5 years and they are still in tip top shape. I would also recommend a Jolly-Ball for your dog. They usually make them for horses but they recently started with dogs. My dogs love it! They play with it for hours and it's indestructible!!
