just keeps coming up been told it's registry problem how can I fix it , tried to uninstall and reinstall it still won't work any ideas please

Try doing a error-check on your hard drive. Go to my computer right click on your main drive and select properties click on tools and then click on error checking. Make sure both tabs are checked. Will have to restart the computer to start the process might take up to an hour or more. Or before you do that you can try to do a system restore (go to start then accessories system tools and then pick a date before it messed up).

Try going in to internet Connection Wizard do this START>RUN>And Tipe "icwconn1.exe"

try downloading a program called ccleaner it can be used to clean up your registry files. then try to reinstall msn, (remove msn before you run ccleaner)

Turn off at its source, that's what I done. They`re ruddy hopeless.

uninstall your firewall then install it again it worked for me
