i had maybe like two bowls of it lots of noodles and meat.

I don't know, but it is not the calories you need to worry about it's the carbs that will pack the weight on you.

I really don't know, but WAY too many!!!! It's my favorite food, and I am trying to loose weight. NOT easy!
