Most women masturbate. The majority of those women have a vibrator. I'm not going to make up statistics, but lets just say a lot.

I loooove my vibrator! I'd say you're statistic is right if not a bit low (if your'e considering sexually active women and not say, 85 year olds!). All of my friends have them and love them as well.
Of course everyone prefers sex with a man (or woman) but sometimes, alone time is nice and/or necessary. And it's not always vibrators, manual masturbation is pretty f'ing awesome too ;)

To please their partner. Did you know that statistically, 80% of women can't have an orgasm during intercourse? Women are built differently. A man should try a vibrator to make sure she comes. Otherwise, unless she is really open with her partner, it's lying time for many women.
