My man is 6'1, body built and very attractive... he gets attention from alot of girls where ever we go. And it's like everything we do and everything I do, it has to be perfect. If I make mistakes he'll tell me what I did wrong and how to do it... I mean, I love it that I got a man that cares so much and everything, but it's jus' that he thinks he's Mr. Perfect, and that in his world.... he wants everything to be perfect. I mean, I admire him alot, because when he wants something he goes after it. And I'm proud of him alot as well, but the thing is, he so conceited. He has to look good, has to smell good, and everything on his body has to be real. like jewerlys for example. And especially on me... It's like I have to make him look good too... I mean, I care so much about him and I love him, don't get me wrong, he is a blessing in my life... but in reality, noone's perfect... you feel me? any advise out there.... help a sistah out...

you should find a guy who likes you for who you are, even if you are wearing rags and plastic jewelry. he needs to come back down to earth and appreciate you for who you are, whether you are "perfect" or not

Sounds like you've got yourself a hottie. I think you should admire him for atleast trying and caring so much. If it bothers you maybe you should ask him to lighten up a little. I agree with you that noone's perfect, but some people are real close. Seeking perfection is an imperfection so yea he's not perfect but dont you think he's almost perfect?!

ya know, my man is 6'2 and husky. I would love for him to be 'built'.. he used to body build, but its been a long time. I love him and I can see where your coming from. guys can get conceited. he needs a wake up call. looks are not everything. I would not trade my man off, his personality, humor and dancing in his boxers are priceless...... have a one on one talk and see if he comes around. my boyf. asked me once, 'why are you with me?' I could not beleive he asked that. he doesn't see what i see.

He sounds like a narcissistic girly man. You never mentioned anything about his brain or character or personality, aside from his conceit. I can't see much to admire about a dude who is pointing out imperfections in other people, while messing with his hair LOL. I'm married to a handsome man, but he's nothing like yours.
