My nephew is with the Baltimore, MD police dept. He once spent an entire night with the corpses of 4 children who had been beheaded by their father. He was unable to leave until after the coroner had arrived, and he was with these kids for hours. He hasn't been the same since.
He has 4 kids of his own so this hit him really hard.

Last week in dayton,ohio a mother did something bad.She microwaved her 3 day old baby to death.

Homosexual couples adopting children. The microwave thing that other answerer mentioned was horrible and revolting, but for pure creepy, I can't think of anything that tops this.
