These are vague symptoms that can be caused by too many things to determine the cause simply by this description. The symptoms maybe be more informative to the doctor if she can describe them with more specificity. Some things that may help the docs understand the nature of the problem are: * dizziness - when does it occur; how long does it last; does it precede, coincide or follow the nausea; doe she notice any ringing in her hears, changes in vision, or seem fatigued when dizziness occurs *nausea - when does it occur; how long does it last; is it relieved by certain medications; is there rumbling or gurgling; is the abdomen tender when pressed firmly; * Stomach ache - what does she mean exactly by "stomach ache"; how is a stomach ache different from nausea; does it change when lying down or sitting up; does it get better or worse after eating; how long does it last; is there belching; Possible digestive problems that could cause this are gallbladder inflammation or gallstones, or a hiatal hernia. If its not a digestive problem and there is really no distinction between a stomach ache and nausea, and the dizziness seems to be causing the nausea, the cause would more likely be neurological.

This could be symptomatic of stress or tension. Try to analyze the times that this happens. What were you doing or thinking? Is there some outside source of stress in your life? Have you or will you shortly be going through some traumatic change in your life, job change, marriage, divorce, are all things that could be upsetting to you.
