Never eat less than 1,200 calories per day when dieting. The reason being is you will tend to lose more muscle mass as opposed to fat, if you eat too little. Try eating 5 smaller meals a day, instead of 3. This can kick start the metabolism.
Also be sure to increase your aerobic activity. This can be any form of exercise that gets your heart rate up, such as jogging, swimming, cycling, dancing, aerobics or an active sport. Also be sure to include a toning work out for your muscles and don't forget to stretch.
You can look at losing 2lb-3lb per week maximum. HTH : )

Make sure you cut out fat and processed sugars. Eat foods high in protein and simple carbs prior to anf after workouts, complex carbs later in the day. Eating less does not help you lose weight...it causes your body to think it is starving, so when you DO eat it will automatically store fat. Eat more often and exercise will cause your body to use its fat stores.

Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

losing 10lb in a month for the most part is not healthy. Not to mention if you only want to lose 10, chances are you do not really need to lose weight anyways. 10lb does not look that different.

Exercise 2 times a day (30 minutes of fast walking each time), drink lots of water, eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit and cut out the flour and sugar!!!!!!!!! (Flour, as in, pasta, bread, etc.) Leave off the potatoes too!!!!
