Thawing it to the refrigerator temperature is probably ok, thawing it to room temperature is probably not.

Bad meat usually gives you a sick feeling when you smell it. Otherwise it's probably ok.

If you thaw something to room temperature, it's best to fry it, and then freeze that. You can use that fried, frozen meat whenever you like.

no, once i take something from the freezer and let it thaw, i never refreeze it. i would either cook or throw it away.

No, you should only thaw meat once, then use it. because it can cause bacteria and that will set in the meat. you dont want that to happen.
